Environmental and Social Responsibility
PT Arsari Tambang is fully committed to building awareness of environmental sustainability by managing the environmental impacts of its operations, particularly on Bangka Island. Arsari Tambang actively participates in Community Development Projects. We commit to being present in the community through Community Empowerment and Development (PPM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
Several activities that we carry out include restoring forest ecosystems such as replanting trees in watersheds and reclamation by planting tree seedlings at the former mining sites.
Occupational Safety and Health
The safety of our employees at the smelter or in the mines is a priority. We believe that by applying high discipline in maintaining employee safety, the results will reflect in the quality of our products.
